I’ve had consistently wonderful experiences at Glow Bar, thanks in large part to Ronnie and Sharday. Both are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard. What I appreciate most is how thoughtful and personalized each session is. My skincare needs are always clearly addressed, all of my questions are answered, and the treatments are tailored to what my skin actually needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach. We also talk through long-term skincare goals, which makes each visit feel purposeful and strategic. And a special shout-out to Sharday—she’s an absolute riot in the best way. The sessions are effective and genuinely fun, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for estheticians who are skilled, caring, and invested in your skin’s long-term health, Ronnie and Sharday are exceptional. Glowbar is lucky to have them.

Such a wonderful experience. I booked last minute and was seen quickly, and from the start I felt genuinely cared for. The space was super clean with a calm, chill vibe, and the facialist was incredibly knowledgeable—able to explain the clinical “why” behind product choices in a way that made sense. The recommendations were exactly what I asked for, very affordable, and they even offered samples. I felt relaxed, pampered, and my skin looked noticeably better right away. I’ll definitely be back and recommending to friends.

I have been going to Glowbar for about a year now and always have great experiences. The staff is very friendly and my skin always glowsss after my treatment which is why I keep coming back. Sharday was so sweet and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She shared what she was doing and why the entirety of my service. I will definitely be back to see her! ✨

Glowbar was nice enough to reach out to me and I was able to complete Complementary facial after a not so good experience. My aesthetician with Steven who was marvelous Steven completed my facial beautifully. He was a true professional I felt very relaxed in his capable hands he was informative, even giving me pointers to support my continued skin care journey. What a remarkable do over! I would definitely recommend Glowbar Cobble Hill not only for the fabulous Stephen the extraordinary aesthetician that provided my services but for the wonderful follow up and Customer Care. Thank you Glowbar! My experience at this particular Glowbar was not good. My aesthetician was McKenzie. She was super nice and informative. McKenzie completed demaplaning, when I got home, I could see peach fuzz all over my face, having done dermplaning for myself in the past I expected more professional results ( I’ve actually done better) the rest of the facial was pretty good so I left it alone but was extremely disappointed. I figured I just wouldn’t use that particular aesthetician again when dermaplaning is needed. A representative by the name of Stephanie reached out to me a few days after my appointment. I felt really good about her reaching out to me I thought to myself what good customer service. She expressed regret regarding my disappointment and offered me a complementary appointment with one of the lead aestheticians. I thought that would be great especially since I bought into a monthly subscription. I figured I’d have someone reliable whom I could start seeing. Guess what. It never happened. I never heard from Stephanie again. I’ve left her multiple emails and called a left a message with the receptionist without answer. What am I supposed to do with this ? What is the point of calling to gain feedback and you do nothing with it. What’s the point in offering a follow up if you ghost me when it’s time to schedule the appointment. Had Stephanie not called me I probably would’ve just moved on and utilize a different aesthetician or Glowbar for my services but now I’m annoyed and strongly, considering continued skin DYI. I have great skin. I just wanted to feel pampered once a month. I don’t think I’m wrong about this; I don’t believe Stephanie cared about my appointment. I believe Stephanie reached out to ask me to complete a five star review. I regularly complete Google reviews and will complete without being asked if praise is warranted.
